Jiulong factory is one of the largest in the bus seat industry of China, covering a total area of more than 30,000 square meters. Jiulong also has the most advanced equipment. 

In terms of manufacturing capability, we have established whole-process production lines including sections of cropping, welding, phosphating, painting, sponge foaming, cutting, sewing, packaging and final assembly, etc. 

In our production lines, we introduced advanced equipment such as intelligent automatic welding manipulators, intelligent foaming machines, intelligent sewing machines, automatic fabric cutting machines, automatic spray coating lines, etc, to improve our manufacturing efficiency and ensure product quality, and also provide a strong guarantee for independent research and development, and eventually accelerate our factory's transformation and upgrading to a more technology-concentrated company.
