Technological Capability

In terms of technological capability, Jiulong has a talented R&D and technical supportive team, compose of 35 engineers and other technical staff, which covers the demands and functions of product R&D, order technical support, process technics control & improvement, and product sampling. 

Jiulong applies the technical requirements of seats for passenger cars to the R&D of seats for commercial vehicles, and implements the platform-based and standardized philosophy for product design and R&D. In 2016, Jiulong Design Center successfully passed the evaluation and accreditation of “Zhangzhou City-Level Industrial Design Center”. 

Jiulong adopts TS16949 APQP process method for product design, utilizes CATIA 3D design software for R&D and has a specialized sampling team equipped machining equipment for sample making and trial production. And PDM system is also used for the management of technical data and documents. 

1)Jiulong participated in the Panel for Revision of National Standard GB13057-202X, which is about the strength of bus seats and their fasteners

2)Jiulong is also the Panel member to review and revise QCT 633-2022, the Regulation on Bus Seats

3)Jiulong has completed the second-stage development of bus seat products according to the new National Standard GB13057-202X, and has accomplished new product verification.
